Château VARI is a family wine estate which extends over 20 hectares in the Monbazillac and Bergerac Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée area. Since 1994, Sylvie and Yann JESTIN have been producing, on a clay-limestone soil, frank wines of character, well balanced and of great finesse. The wines are organic and certified since the 2012 vintage, (Ecocert) Concerned about the quality of the products but also respectful of the terroir, the JESTIN family has always exploited its estate by favoring the balance and the diversity of the fauna and flora.
