 VISUAL / VISUAL: Tawny color of medium intensity.
 
 NOSE / OLFATO: It stands out for its red fruits, prune and licorice scents wrapped 
in pastry, black pepper and vanilla hints from the oak barrel.

 TASTE / GUSTO: Round, with pleasant structure, balanced acidity and elegant tannins 
giving fruit in liqueur hints in the aftertaste.

 PAIRING / MARIDAJE: Goes well with turkey, pork, chargrilled vegetables, black 
pudding and spicy Asian dishes.

 TERROIR / VIÑEDO:
 Grapes come from the vineyards of “Rioja Alta” and  “Rioja Oriental”. Vineyards located in “Ribafrecha” of 
the Tempranillo variety planted in trellis with clay and  limestone soil at 500-600 meters (1600- 2000 ft) 
altitude and more than 30 years of age. “Los  Quiñones” is a Grenache vineyard planted in trellis  with sand and clay soil at 400-500 meters (1300-  1600 ft) altitude and more than 40 years of age.
 
 VARIETIES / VARIEDADES:
 Tempranillo, Garnacha.
 AGEING / CRIANZA:
 Barrel: 24 months, 50% French and 50% American 
oak barrels. 
Bottle: 12 months.
 Barrica: 24 meses, 50% barricas Francesas y 50% 
barricas Americanas. 
Botella: 12 meses.
 WINE MAKING / VINIFICACIÓN
 Grapes selected for their balance between  freshness, structure and ripeness. The  harvest is adjusted according to each area  and its climate. Manual harvest at dawn. 
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with 20  days maceration and gentle pumping over  4-5 times daily. Malolactic fermentation in  concrete tanks and ageing in French and  American oak barrels for 24 months. Settling  in concrete tanks, we keep it in the bottle for at least 12 months.
