Eos, the Greek goddess of dawn,opened the gates of heaven each morning allowing the sun to rise. Fiercely passionate, she was cursed by Aphrodite for having an affair with Ares. Her punishment was an insatiable appetite for young men.At Eos – the winery – we’re just as passionate as our namesake, but our insatiable appetite is focused toward the production of great wines. Since the mid-1980s, we have built our reputation on dense reds, complex whites and luscious dessert wines from great AVAs throughout the state. -

ALCOHOL: 13.5% cases www.eosvintage.com VINTAGE The winter of 2020-2021 had minimal rainfall and mild temperatures leading to drought conditions throughout California’s North Coast. With a warmer than average winter and spring, budbreak was two weeks ahead of normal. Summer was warm and dry, with a few short heat spikes. The warm weather resulted in beautifully ripened fruit and a fairly early harvest.

We source our grapes from quality vineyards in the premiere growing regions of California, including Lake County, Sonoma County and all along the Central Coast. Our 2021 California Pinot Noir opens with enticing aromas of raspberry, rainier cherry, and earthy spices. The smooth texture shines through on the palate with bright avors of fresh red fruit and toasted oak tannins.
